Tax Advocates Association Gujarat is an Association of Tax Advocates / Consultants which is registered under the provisions of Bombay Trust Act, 1950 and under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The association has around 450 – 500 members registered with Bar Council of Gujarat.
Tax Advocates Association Gujarat was established in the year 1975. Since its inception, it has been our endeavor to keep our Advocate Members and public at large abreast and updated about the changes in Income Tax and Wealth Tax, effected through the Finance Act or otherwise.
We are grateful to serve as a connecting link between the Tax Assesses and the Tax Department.
